REQUESTS FOR THE MOVEMENT OF PIANOS MUST BE MADE IN ADVANCE. If you cannot work with the arrangement of the room as it is, you may pay to have it rearranged to suit your needs. If more time is needed, we charge an additional $50 administrative fee for each additional hour, to be paid in advance.
This fee is nonrefundable at any time upon cancellation.ĭue to the increased demand for the recital hall, a recital is allowed 2 hours. Please note that the date and time will not be reserved until this form is completed, a date is confirmed, and the administrative fee has been paid. A $100 administrative fee is required to reserve a date and time.
